Our retrofit kit for Ford S-Max mk1 (2006–2015) includes everything you need to replace the original bi-xenon projectors with new ones while maintaining the original adjustment system and automatic headlight leveling.
This is a simple retrofit that even complete beginners can handle. The headlight lenses need to be opened, but since they are sealed from the factory with butyl adhesive, the process is easy to manage using a heat gun.
The kit is assembled to be completely Plug & Play, which means that there is no need to modify anything for the installation. We also create for each car detailed guide, which will completely guide you through the installation, or we can help you with the installation via phone, email or social media.
The kit includes two bi-xenon projectors, a butyl sealing cord, bulb holders, and all necessary mounting hardware for installation.
The projector fits the original D1S xenon lamps, so there is no need to purchase new ones for the conversion. LEDs with D1S socket can also be used.
The set is not intended for use on public roads.
The set is designed for OEM Xenon headlights. For use with aftermarket units, we recommend contacting us first to confirm compatibility.

For comparison, here is a photo of the output from an original projector taken from one of our retrofits. We believe this represents an average output commonly seen on Ford S-Max vehicles, where we measured 758 lux. In contrast, our projectors achieved nearly ten times that value, measuring 5,795 lux.
The measurements were carried out from the same distance (3.5 m), using the same bulb and the same power source. The photos were also taken with identical camera settings to make the difference in light intensity clearly visible.

This bi-xenon kit was completely designed so that anyone can install it at home. You can see what the installation involves in the guide below.
"Hello today mounted and the difference is great, for the rest I can only recommend, the shipment is perfectly packed and the assembly can handle every novice so for me absolutely great and once again thank you very much."

"Purchased and most satisfied. I can only recommend the brightness of the light somewhere else, exactly as you can see the difference in the photos, that's exactly what it is. "
